These terms cover your use of the Parish Pageworks website and the services we provide. Parish Pageworks ("we," "us," or "our") is a web design and marketing studio based in Slidell, Louisiana. By using our site or hiring us, you agree to what is written here.

Our services

We provide website design and development, hosting and maintenance, search engine optimization, Google Business Profile setup and management, social media management, short-form video editing, advertising management, review generation, and branding and print design. What you get depends on the plan and add-ons you choose.

Plans, billing, and payment

• Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance and are month-to-month unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Prices listed on our website are current at the time of publication and may change. If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you before it takes effect.
• One-time work (logos, print design, extra pages, and similar) is quoted before we start.
• If payment is more than 15 days late, we may pause work and, after notice, suspend your website until the account is current.

Promotional website builds

From time to time we run promotions in which the website build fee is reduced or waived. Promotional pricing is available for a limited time, applies only to new clients, and does not carry over to future work. We reserve the right to end or change a promotion at any time; if you have already signed up, your agreed pricing stands.

Advertising budgets

What we need from you

To do good work, we need you to:

• Give us the content, photos, and information we ask for in a reasonable timeframe
• Make sure you have the legal right to use anything you send us — photos, logos, text, or fonts
• Respond when we need a decision, so your project does not stall
• Keep your account current

You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you provide, and you agree that it will not be unlawful, misleading, or infringe anyone else's rights.

Changes and revisions

Your monthly plan includes unlimited content edits — text changes, photo swaps, updating your hours, prices, staff, or seasonal banners, and small layout tweaks. Text us and we will take care of it.

Larger work is quoted separately. That includes brand-new pages beyond your plan, new functionality or integrations, e-commerce, and full redesigns. We will always tell you the price before we do the work.

Ownership

• You own your content. Your text, photos, logo, and customer data belong to you.
• You own your finished website design once it is paid for and your account is current.
• We keep our own tools. Our underlying code libraries, templates, processes, and internal systems remain ours.
• Third-party assets such as stock photos, fonts, and plugins remain subject to their own licenses.
• We may feature your project in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.

Hosting and uptime

Websites on a monthly plan are hosted on our infrastructure. We aim for consistently high uptime and we monitor and back up your site, but we cannot promise the internet will never have a bad day. We are not liable for outages caused by our hosting provider, your domain registrar, or events outside our control.

Cancellation

• You can cancel your monthly plan at any time. Give us notice before your next billing date.
• Monthly fees already paid are not refunded for a partial month.
• When your plan ends, hosting and ongoing services end too. Your site will go offline unless you move it.
• We will help you move. We will provide your content and site files so you are never held hostage.
• We may cancel an account for non-payment, abusive behavior, or use of our services for anything unlawful.

Results and guarantees

We work hard and we are honest about what we can control. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic numbers, lead volume, sales, or revenue. Search engines, advertising platforms, and social networks change their systems constantly and we do not control them. Anything we tell you about expected outcomes is an informed estimate, not a promise.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number, you agree we may contact you by text about your project or account. Message and data rates may apply and frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of marketing texts or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and we will let active clients know about material changes.
