Parish Pageworks ("we," "us," or "our") is a web design and marketing studio based in Slidell, Louisiana. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep it plain — no legalese where we can avoid it.

When you fill out a form on our site, text us, call us, or email us, we may collect:

• Your phone number and email address
• Whatever you tell us about your business and what you need
• Billing information, if you become a client (payments are handled by our payment processor — we do not store your full card number)

Like most websites, we automatically collect some technical information when you visit:

• IP address and general location (city/region level)
• Browser type, device type, and operating system
• Pages you viewed, how long you stayed, and what site referred you

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working properly and to understand how people use it. This may include analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and advertising pixels from Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) if you arrived from one of our ads.

You can turn off cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run our business, and only so they can do their job for us. That includes things like:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Client data

If you are a client, we may have access to data belonging to your customers — for example, leads that come through your website or contacts in your CRM. That data belongs to you. We use it only to provide services to you, we do not use it for our own marketing, and we will return or delete it on request when our work together ends.

How long we keep information

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes described here, or as long as the law requires. If you ask us to delete your information and we have no legal reason to keep it, we will.

Your choices

• Ask what we have. Email or text us and we will tell you what information we hold about you.
• Correct it. Tell us if something is wrong and we will fix it.
• Delete it. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.
• Unsubscribe. Reply STOP to any text, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or national privacy law. Just ask and we will honor them.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use SSL encryption, reputable service providers, and sensible access controls to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously — it is literally part of what we sell.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made clear.
